I have a small commercial building in Greenwood, Indiana and I had a large Mulberry Tree that had grown up behind my building. The back of my building faces a residential subdivision. The subdivision has a 6 foot high cedar fence at the property line. The tree had grown up on my side of the fence and was 25 to 30 feet tall, and about 18 inches diameter at the base. It branched over the fence and a good part of the tree was in the yard in the subdivision. The other part of the tree was close to the powerlines behind my building and leaning over towards the side of the metal metal building. If a storm knocked it down, it would probably tear my gutters up and hit the building. Bob Long came and looked at the job and I explained to him that he could not take the limbs and debris out through the neighbors backyard. He would have to cut the tree down and then hoist all of the parts and pieces over the fence to get them out to his wood chipper, which would be parked in front of my building. He agreed and gave me a fair price to do the work. he arrived yesterday morning with the truck, a wood chipper and about four or five helpers. They went right to work and very carefully removed the tree and all the debris and in less than three hours the work was completed and he poured a chemical on the tree stump that would stop it from growing again. The crew did a stellar job. Everyone seemed to know what their job was and they were constantly working together to get it done. I was very impressed. If things didn’t turn out right I would have to deal with a upset homeowner. With Bob that did not happen. I actually got a call that night from the fellow that owned the house and he thanked me.
